Hence we got an Xbox and an additional controller for Christmas, that was probably in 2006.

However I am having the issue of when I burn them to a dvd,... Hey all (first post), I am looking to play some ROM files on my soft modded xbox console. However I am having the issue of when I burn them to a dvd, the dashboard wont let me load the dvd so I cannot load any.

I have tried just burning them as a data dvd I have also made an iso file and burned the image of that, but still nothing.

Is there a specific program I need to use to burn the disk? a specific format? or something I am just missing here? I have a collection of ROMs I want to play but I just cannot get any disk to read.

Any help would be awesome :)

I seen this when I was a teen, and I always thought it was a bit unfair that the Xbox lost after the demon drop. I think there would have been a way to turn it on without the plate and buttons, not to mention it would have been an easy fix. I love the Gamecube, but I think it would be less durable than the Xbox in a more fair test. The 360, on the other hand.. all you have to do is play it for it to die on you.
